  1. 1/4 cup honey
  2. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  3. 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  4. 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  5. 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  9. 1 large garlic clove finely minced
  10. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger zested using microplane
  11. 8 cups veggies assorted, I used green & purple cabbage, red/yellow/orange bell pepper, grated carrots, broccoli coleslaw mix
  12. 2 scallions green onions, thinly sliced
  13. 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  14. 1 cup peanuts rough chopped
