  3. 1 pound meats assorted thinly sliced deli, I use prosciutto + soppressata + salami
  4. 1 jar artichokes marinated
  5. 1 jar roasted red bell peppers
  6. 1 jar oil packed sun-dried tomatoes OR sun-dried tomato pesto
  7. 8 ounces fresh mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella rolled in fresh herbs
  8. feta marinated, recipe follows
  9. olives marinated, recipe follows
  10. 1 cup hummus homemade or store bought, + olive oil for drizzling
  11. fresh basil
  12. radishes
  13. cherry tomatoes
  14. veggies or other fresh
  15. apricots
  16. strawberries
  17. fig jam
  18. honey
  19. fruits or other
  20. pita
  21. bread sticks or other breads/crackers
  22. 6 ounces feta block, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  23. 1/4 cup fresh herbs I like thyme basil, oregano
  24. 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  25. olive oil enough to cover the cheese
  26. 1/2 cup olive oil
  27. 6 cloves garlic peeled
  28. 2 cups olives mixed, I used kalamata and green olives
  29. crushed red pepper flakes to taste
